We've had Mia for almost a year now and we took her for a bath over the weekend.
So, funny story. When we got her she was being treated for heartworm, so we had to keep her calm for the first two months we had her. When we took her for her first bath, it was amazing how much her coat shined after, we never really realized her dirty she was. We've given her a couple of baths since, but the one over the weekend (fourth time) we finally got it right. Lots of suds and rinsing and when we got her home it was amazing to feel how much softer her fur was, it's almost as soft as our cats.
