I've had this DF for a while now. It's a great knife but it's not for me and I'm tired of it hanging on my damned wall. It needs a better home and a more demanding owner. Make no mistake, this one's a user that's been used.
Yes, this is the knife pictured in this thread. It was used hard, but it hasn't been used since. Like I said, not for me.
The edge has been restored as you can probably see. The finish is scuffed in places; I tried to highlight that in the third picture, as that is the worst area. The sheath was made by me from vegtanned leather and while it's no work of art, it will suspend the knife securely from a belt and in any event it's better than cardboard.
That is of course included. (The leather sheath, not the cardboard.)
Although I haven't used this thing in quite some time and can't think of a good reason to keep it, I'm still having second thoughts. It's a good knife. It's just not the one for me. It may be the one for you.
