Domino in Blue twill CF

This offering doesn't particularly interest me, but what does interest me though is this is a Taichung limited run. Hopefully a bit of foreshadowing
 
This looks sort of like the blue twill on the Domino production prototype at BLADE this year. Not the same material, but similar...

Why can't they make full carbon fiber scales? I never understood the whole laminate thing. The knife is somewhat expensive anyway so why not make a solid scale of carbon fiber?

Fully agree, even my Caly 3.5 CF from Seki City using solid CF.
Would prefer the new black Southard using CF scale as well.

More expensive? The laminate is functionally just about the same. Doesn't bother me.
 
Well, I think I'm gonna get one. Glad they de-uglified the CF laminate. I'd prefer regular G10, but this'll do. Thanks for the heads up! :)
