Whenever you get the chance, I strongly urge every maker and/or fan of knives to closely examine a Hanson bowie. Don't just look, pick it up. The balance is truly something to behold! It is flat-out astounding how such a large knife can seem almost entirely weightless in hand. :thumbup:

I complete agree with you on this point, you should handle everyone that you can get your hands on. Now all I need to do is convince Don to send me every knife he makes and put my fingers all over it. hee hee hee.
