Hi all,
I've finally decided that I'm no longer buying sharp knives.
I've spent the last year buying just about every production brand of sharp knife and I have to say that I've yet to find one that worked perfectly and was really worth the risk.
This is probably more a reflection on me than anything else, but I am at the point where I'd rather know for sure that the knife will not cut me if I flip it over, and deal with that limitation, than to put false trust in a sharp knife.
I hope this isn't construed as trolling or being a butt, and I'm not upset with any particular company, it's just that I've finally realized that it's a lost cause.
Bottom line: I really don't need a knife that will really cut if I really want that, I'll use my scissors.
thanks for letting me vent and take care,
Monkeyazz
