I had a terrible experience with this seller. From his rude and untillegible emails to his shoddy service, its amazing this wanker has any positive feedback at all.

I bought a Kabar 1258 from him, and paid promptly, it was a BUY IT NOW auction. Get a confirmation email from him thanking me for my purchase, but no DC, no ETA of my knife, nothing. Sent him several emails asking for a DC, at least a date of shipment, nothing. Finally one week later got a response stating that there was a week delay from his supplier, and that he didn't have any in stock. I sent him a response stating that he didn't make it clear in his auction that items for auction weren't in stock, and that I wanted a refund. Got my refund, and an apology letter, and that was that. Not a great experience, but not bad either, I got my money back.

Yesterday, I got an email from him requesting payment for this auction. I sent an email back to him basically saying WTF in an nice tone of voice. I also asked for him to leave me positive feedback, and for both of us to call it quits. I just got two emails from him telling me that I have no patience, and that I don't understand anything, and he will not leave feedback for refunds. I don't care about the feedback, but he is probably one of the rudest sellers I have met on eBay, from his emails. To top it all off, I'm lucky I could understand what he was typing, because he has no writing skills what so ever. I fired back an email stating that this experience was extremely poor in my eyes, and that I would contact eBay about it. I'd be surprised if they do anything about it, they don't have to, I just want to cover myself if this guy tries to go after me. The fact that he did not have the knife doesn't bother me as much as the poor service and rude emails.

I got my money back, but my hackles are just raised because of this.

Leave bad feedback and be done with it - I would also contact ebay and inform them of this - forward them the emails as well.

At least you got your money back from him without having to file a fraud claim with Ebay. All the same, I think his behavior is inexcusable, and I'll be sure to steer clear of him on Ebay.

This seems to me to be one of those situations where you just move on. Not a good experience, and one to certainly remember for the future, but not worth getting upset about.

Move on with your life. If you leave him negative feedback, he'll just retaliate with unjust negative feedback on you. It's not worth it, IMHO.
