Dont hear much about M.O.D.

Javahead,
I HOPE you realize I was just making light of your mistake. I KNOW that YOU know MOD knives very well!!!!!!!. I am not a fan of Massad Ayoob and as a man who talks the talk about being a LEO, the proof of his lack of REAL street time showed thru with his "Razorback design". A LEO needs an all-purpose knife and not JUST a sticker. I apologize if you took offense with my post....NO harm was intended....wolf

Who - hey - no offense here :)

I've got real thick skin and I enjoy laughing along with everyone else if I flub something.

I agree with everything you said (darn it - I thought I made that clear you bastid :D ) A folder would be a great idea for a Razorback, seeing how MOD does not produce a tanto point folder. For LEOs, I'd recommend the CQD series over the Razorback any day.

So - no harm done. I love MOD knives, but I think they could do some things different (mainly lower prices and lose the writing on blades)

M.O.D. has some VERY STRONG AND SOLID knives. And you can hold them like I hold my Hornet (picture above) and don't worry if you release a blade lock or not. Try it with UDT in some harder action and say Goodbye to your fingers...

Above is a size comparison of UDT and Hornet. Looks like a Hornet is not that much bigger than UDT! But it's A MUCH TOUHGER PIECE OF KNIFE of course...
