Alright I've been doing a holiday knife run so far I've ordered the CRKT m16 tanto and a Tenacious. I've only got $28.28 left in my amazon account. I wanted to get the Rat 1 but it's either a couple cents or couple dollars above my spending money. Any Suggestions?
 
The obvious choices are:

Victorinox Alox Cadet or Victorinox Alox Pioneer

Here are a couple odd ones for you, I own them both a really like them. You have to like traditional non-locking knives though.

maybe a crkt drifter or kabar dozier or any Kershaw in the 15-25$ range they make great budget knives
 
Grab a hand full of pocket change, run to the closest coin star, deposit said change and choose an amazon voucher (there's no fees when not getting cash). Buy the Rat.
 
Victorinox or a nice budget Kershaw. Chill, Oso Sweet. The other option is to just save it for some other time when you can add more to it.
 
I actually don't own a Kershaw but I've heard that they make some pretty good stuff, so I'll have to take a look at them.

Rat 2 comes in at under $28. I got one a few weeks ago, pretty nice for the money. Victorinox Alox knives (pioneer, Soldier, cadet) are amazing for the money.

Yes. Sell the CRKT tanto and use the proceeds to buy the RAT. It will do everything a tanto blade does, except better.
