Utilitac II. I've had the other two knives you're getting, and I would rather have three Utilitacs. Variety is tye spice if life though.

Ontario Utilitac, comes in a ton of different options/styles. Should find one to your liking.
 
For little money I'd get an Opinel just to see what all the fuss is about.

You're getting plenty of knife suggestions, so I'm going to suggest something else.

If I had any amazon credit right now, I'd put it towards a Seiko 5 Military with a black dial ($50 at the time of this post).

Why buy something now just because you have some money left over? Keep it. When your birthday (or other gift opportunity) comes around ask for Amazon gift cards and add to those funds. You'll be surprised how fast it can add up.
