Don't know whether to love you or hate you ....

Thanks all. Actually, pockets aren't that deep. But, I don't drink or smoke. Have been everywhere and have done everything I've wanted to. So, I can afford to indulge my current and sole passion. Then again, maybe my priorities are just skewed. Winters here in Lake Erie region of Pa are rather harsh. I was outside "patching" the storm door to the back patio with duct tape (to cover some bulging cause by water getting into the insulation and freezing). My daughter comes by and says ... Dad, something just be wrong with you ... you spend an obscene amount of money on knives, yet are too cheap to put up a new storm door! I thought for a minute ... and all I could say was .... Yeah! So, if I see something I like ... I rarely hem and haw about it ... if I can afford it without depleting any savings ... I just do it. Now, if I can only find that mammoth ivory and damascus (undecided on pattern) ... I would be happy, for a little while! Y'all are great. Keep the posts and pictures coming. I love 'em.
