I personally would have been happy with the miss....
 
My unhappiness would grow proportionally greater the closer the shot was. Now if it hit me, I'd be entirely angry.

it'd be really ironic if you made it through a battlefield only to get popped a by irresponsible gun nut, don't you think?
i'd be fucking HOT if that ever happened to me, or someone i knew
