Since I left SRT and with the various changes of administration etc., the job just ain't what it once was. And that seems to be universal amongst LEO's I talk to across state, local and federal lines around the country as well as internationally.

Still, I appreciate knowing that there are good folks out there who care.

There are others on this forum much more deserving of those good thoughts than I, but thanks just the same.

(Still not sure I'm giving you ALL my khuks though.

Fred is a good friend. We have spent time with him in Paris and environs and visited his workshop outside of the city. Fred is a very unique character to say the least.

Last year he, Laci and I drove up to the Blade Show in Atlanta together, but this year he came in from Alabama so we had less time to spend together.

I haven't seen or spoken with Laci since the show in June.

The picture of Fred you saw on my pic site was taken by my friend Jean-Manuel Moreau (Nemo on the forums).

Hey Blues,

Laci is a good friend of mine too! Used to knife spar with him twice a week at his place. Even went on a couple of trips too (couple of Riddles). He's been on the road so much lately I haven't had a chance to see him. I work about a mile away from him at that!
