Looking for a nice double bit hatchet. Read some reviews that the Marbles was less than good. Any ideas? Thanks
 
You won't find a much better double-bit hatchet than Lee Reeves. He's got a bit of a wait, though.
 
Besides the Marbles and another import that I see on Ebay all the time I don't know of any affordable/readily available double bits for sale......I've also been looking ;)
 
Unless you're going to move up to the "cruiser" size or try and find an old Norlund, you're going to have a long wait. The older Norlunds go for about the price or more of a Lee Reeves anyway, and then you've got the problem of re-handling them:(.
 
Thanks guy I have sent Lee a message and I will probably haqve a wait to get one of his. No big hurry but.....
