Double Cut Crusader, or Competition Finish TGLB??

I had a Crusader and a Competition Finish TGLB. I really didn't like all the points on the Crusader, so I sold it and kept the CS TGLB. No regrets on that deal.

Almost no regrets. I wish I'd bought more of both so I'd have stuff to trade that people want.
 
I kinda have both, so for me it's the TG 14 such a solid knife. So I have the TG14 not a crusader and I have a TGLB, both have their pros/cons for me. But I always tend to reach for the TG14 over the TGLB. As for the finish I'd prefer the comp finish over double cut, but I don't think you could go wrong with either.

What's the meltdown treatment? Ground off? Just curious, there was one posted a while ago that had the top guard removed and it looked great. I should have bought a BGTG so I could try it, I don't want to mod my tglb yet lol.

The more I look at the crusader the more I want one....

Could the tglb be modded to look like a crusader?

Yeah. All of the corners are rounded off. I choke up and use the choil on my TGLB quite a bit. The rounded off corners feel nice. I had a CS version of the TG and though I did kinda like the heft of it, it just didn't feel "finished" to me without the meltdown treatment.
 
Crusader if for nothing more than the name.

But I prefer its looks, too.

I don't have either though. All I have is the BGTG, TG-M, and TG-P.
 
I'd keep the Crusader because it is rarer and damn sexy, for real.

And of course because I already have 3 TGLB :)
 
If you decide to keep the Crusader, plzz drop me a PM where I can get my hands on that Comp TGLB lol
 
Decided to keep the Crusader. Such a beautiful and rare knife. Can't let it go! I also snagged a CF TGLB with black paper micarta.

I prefer tglb comp. however, that crusader does look awesome. never held one. I suppose my opinion comes from the nm treatment.
