Double Cut or Satin?

I like the Satin finish myself. But either one will work.

At this point, while I do like double cut I tend to prefer satin finishes unless reflecting light is a concern. They seem to be the best choice for both choppers and slicers in terms of rust resistance, reducing friction and ease of maintaining.
