If that's all with the angle grinder, then you are doing very well.

Doesn't look like you'll finish in time for Halloween...

4.5” angle grinder for all of it so far. This is a very heavy blade so it’s been easier clamping it down and taking the tool to the work piece, I did some initial flattening on the 2x72 then switched to a 7” angle grinder to work the high spots down once I had it reasonably flat I untwisted the overall blade then started beveling with the 4.5” grinder.

I probably would too if I had a 5-6” wheel or horizontal grinder but this piece also weighs 4 pounds currently and is awkward to hold so the angle grinder has been more comfortable
