I've always liked double edged blades with enough spine to safely rest your thumb on, and here's my latest. Deeply hollow ground on both top and bottom edges, with a needle sharp point. The jimping in front of the handle allows you to choke up on the knife slightly for detail work. The balance is slightly behind the index finger.
The Kydex sheath is fitted with a Tek-Lok for vertical or horizontal carry and has a very nice fit.

  • 4 1/4" blade, 3" sharpened top edge- 9 1/4" overall
  • 1.5 " wide (max.); 3/16" thick full tang build
  • 440C blade steel; Paul Bos heat treat at 59-61rc
  • Black G-10 bolsters, black and blue G-10 scales
  • Kydex belt sheath- right hand carry w Tek- Lok

I love double edged blades, and this is very, very nice. I really like it.
The hand looks very stable and protected, you just want to hold that knife! Beautiful, very strong but chunky dagger style and it looks like there's enough metal under that beautiful filework to maybe get the other hand over it if you absolutely have to for leverage.
It's also nice to see Bos so you know the heat treat is superb too
And 440C is probably the most time tested but underrated steel around.

This is a helluva nice knife.
