The pattern on this Gyuto is called a double feather because it has two feather patterns on top of each other going in opposite directions. This was such a big billet of steel while forging it that we decide to see how far it would go. The result is a one of a kind. It’s a fully functional distal tapered Gyuto ready to take on big tasks in style.

1095HC Strip down the middle of the pattern
Handle: Bog Oak Bolster
Tru stone spacer
Curly multi colored Yarren (Australian)
