I recently purchased a knife from Doug in the Exchange, and when it arrived there was an issue with the knife. I sent out an email right away to let Doug know. I was astonished that I received an email from Doug within an hour or two. Doug responded with nothing but concern for making things right. He had me send the knife back to him so he could fix the issue or make me a new knife if it came to that (above and beyond). He was able to fix the knife, did so in a reasonable amount of time and refunded my money for my shipping costs. Where some would expect that this is how things should be I think if we all read enough of the posts in this forum, we would see this isn't always the case. Doug went above and beyond and I won't hesitate to purchase from him again. He makes a high quality knife, sells it at an affordable price and his customer service is top notch! :thumbup:
