It's easy (for me) to get somewhat frustrated with what I see as relatively inconsistent QC off the line at Benchmade, but I will tell you that my experience over 20 years has been that their service is really outstanding in every way.

That was fast service.... You posted that BM sent a pre paid postage on the 12th and it is back on the 15th ?

Received the knife back. I requested a new blade that would be concentrick & properly sharpened and the axis lock checked. They replaced most of the hardware & blade & cleaned up the axis lock. The knife is now back in my hands and as I expected it to be. Also, had them swap the normal clip for deep carry. Benchmade is a really great company to deal with and really stand by there product and go the extra legnth to make sure customers are taken care of.

How does the concentric aspect play into things? I'm confused.

Was a birthday gift for Saturday. They emailed a label for 1 day shipping to me and then overnighted it back. I was surprised.
