Down and Dirty Spyderco Experiences

I used to field dress deer with my full size old school Manix. It was my constant companion until I grossly misused it and broke the blade.:grumpy: Now I carry a zdp endura 4 and use the right tool for the job!

This is definitely the coolest thing I've heard anyone doing with the M4 Military. Way better than all of the threads dedicated to how the knife wasn't as smooth as a Sebenza. Even after 6 pigs, no real corrosion, just a little patina? That makes the M4 more and more appealing.

And to the person below me, I've always heard good things about 440V in everything except being brittle. Kind of interesting that the steel really did disappear.

If I left the blood and gunk on it for more than the 3 hours there would probably have been some corrosion. Just some very light gray staining from that use. The stomach acids would probably have done some damage given more time, but cutting through tissue wipes the worst of it off.

It is getting smoother and smoother with use as well.

I found some G11 in the workshop so I might swap out the g10 side when I get a bit more time:D
