downtime - much needed downtime. A day off

Glad to see you get out and de-stress Bro.;)

I am in desperate need for that myself. I may have time to do that as I'm probably getting layed off tomorrow. I'm actually looking forward to it. I need some time to decompress as well. I miss the bush , fires, and cutting stuff up ( including Bothewell Jalapeno chesse:) )

Ahhhh, what better way to spend the day than in the woods with knives and axes....and a fire.

Thanks for sharing.

Since you asked a question, then.....'in addition to all the above, having a brewski, fine single malt scotch, the look of love in your beloved's eyes or maybe a fine Cuban cigar'....Those are only slight embellishments, however.

Went to bed early on Tuesday night, and got MUCH needed sleep. Woke up to the soothing sounds of my new coffee maker (Cuisinart Burr Grind & Brew) grinding and brewing some KICKING HORSE "GRIZZLYCLAW" coffee at 0700 hours Wednesday morn    . Fired up the water cooled computer and surfed the web for a bit, sipping strong black coffee. Made a post on Bladeforums and then hit the road. :)

No homo, but +1 on the coffee maker. I have that exact one siting on my kitchen counter. Love me some fresh-ground, and I certainly am lazy :D

Pics look great. I'm not one for folders, but that Spyderco looks sweet! And I still wish we had fatwood like that around here. (Well, maybe I'm just crappy at hunting it down haha) Thanks for sharing, as usual, brother.

glad you got to get out after good nights sleep. more people need to do it for sure.

you have a beautiful area and are pretty skilled with the camera. those are some damn fine pics brother. enjoy that fresh air as much as you can

[QUOTEI urge anyone that can get here soon to explore this area......it is now owned (over 5000 HECTARES) by Concord Pacific, and will be bulldozed, paved and condo'ed soon.[/QUOTE]

That suck that they plan to build on the land, it happen to my woods behind my house, but I didn't have close to that amount of land. I wish people didnt feel like they have to bulldoze every tree.
