Hi.

I just got this in a couple days ago, it just doesn't have a place in my collection. I haven't used it, but it looks like the previous owner did. I'm going to conservatively put it in the "good condition/user" category because there are some fine scratches on the blade and the edge needs some work: it's sharp, but not very pretty. The handle is in excellent condition without any chips or anything like that. No rust or pitting on the knife. Top edge is NOT sharpened.

There are three sheaths included: 2 from Bob Dozier: one thumbreak IWB and one canted horizontal draw. There is also one nicely made custom leather sheath. I don't know who made it, but it secures the knife beautifully. I could find out if you're interested.

SOLD Shipped CONUS - USPS Priority.

No more trades...unless you've got a Mnandi you're looking to get rid of.

Nope, not a necker...unless you make a neck sheath for it.

The blade is 3.25" from bolster to tip, and overall length is 7 5/8". Check out Bob's site www.dozierknives.com and go to Military/Tactical and you'll see the knife.

And oh yeah...its D2!

This is quite a fair price IMHO, considering the 2 extra sheaths. I own a "Bodyguard" which I bought from Bob at Blade/Atlanta '03 and really love it. I'd be all over this offering had I not just purchased my SIFU! Someone's gonna be happy with this sweetheart!

you have mail David. Nitin

Hi, I'm not sure what you mean, but if you are asking for my email address, it is deserthawk748 @hotmail.com

Questions:

Has the top edge of the knife never been sharpened meaning that Bob Dozier didn't sharpen it before it left the factory?

You had stated in your initial posting, "I'm going to conservatively put it in the "good condition/user" category because there are some fine scratches on the blade and the edge needs some work: it's sharp, but not very pretty." Am I to assume that the blade has not been damaged, just subject to poor sharpening techniques?

All of your pictures are from the left side of the knife. Does the right side look identical?

Again, my original post, "How do you accept payment? Are you a PayPal user?"

Regards,

David

Boy that sheath sure does look familiar! Is there a G2 on the back of it? Looks like one I might have made a few years ago!

Thanks sir, yep, my wife said it was one I did make a long time ago, back when I used to do fixed blade sheaths, note the way I formed the sheath so that the spine of the sheath followed the spine of the knife, instead of just being straight.

That used to belong to a guy down south I think, but it's been a while!
Thanks for the memories! :)
