This is a sweet knife, I really bought it to use hunting, but I just have too many knives, too many bills and more knives I want. This has never been used, carried or sharpened. The wood is beautiful. An excellent knife hunting & skinning

About Guillaume Cote:

A little about myself

I'm a voting member of the Canadian Knifemakers Guild,

I currently reside in Elliot Lake and knife making has been my passion for many years. The knives are made for hunting, fishing or for a collector's personal enjoyment. Elliot Lake is a small town in Northern Ontario, Canada, where hunting, fishing and trapping are a part of the local way of life.

In 1981, while working on the Distant Early Warning line in the Canadian Arctic a co-worker showed me a knife he had crafted from a discarded saw blade. He had used Plexiglas washers to make the handle. Seeing this hand crafted knife is what peaked my interest, and got me hooked on creating my own knives.
