Dozier Knives

Has anyone had any dealings with Alicia at Dozier Knives? She provides simply amazing customer service. I have bought two doziers recently and have a third on order. I tend to wear suspenders rather than a belt. Alicia, without being asked, is working on a sheath attachment for me to use with suspenders. Emails are another thing. Emails are usually answered the same day, and her emails are always written with a touch of friendliness and warmth so you feel you are the most important customer Dozier Knives has. As if Dozier knives weren't good enough by themselves, Bob also, through Alicia, provides the best customer service.
