Like new, only taken out of the sheath to admire from time to time. I've never sharpened it or used it for anything beyond testing how sharp it is by shaving the hair on my arm. It is scary sharp! There is a very, very faint color difference on the Micarta handle from being stored in the sheath. I only mention it to be thorough - it is inconspicuous.
