Dozier Master Skinner or Professional Skinner

I was browsing the AG Russell site and noticed the Master Skinner and the Professional Skinner. Neither of these are on the Dozier website. I am considering ordering one of these (can't afford both). Does anyone have any experience with either or both? Which would you choose (for camping use)?

norcalblacktail, this thread is 5-1/2 years old, I don't think he's looking for an answer anymore at this point. :)
