DP Knives first impressions...

I can absorb both sides and get a good feeling about either one. Flaming rants against someone's work turn me off, but snide replies back from the maker turn me off just as much.

This should be "stickied" as a guideline for interaction.
 
After reading everyone's comments and the support for all aspects of this I have to thank each and everyone for their input. I am glad Lee is happy with the knife and the offer still stands if it needs reworking I will be happy to do it.

I want everyone here to know that the people on this forum are a bunch of super people and everyone that posted here have been very open minded. I know if I was the one buying the knife and the maker offered for me to send it back I will be thrilled that they were willing to fix it.

I know one thing this will help me as a maker to figure out where I messed or an area I missed. Thanks all and a special thanks to Lee for bringing this out in the open. I am one that wants to be around for a while and a constructive criticism now and then sure will be a big help. A sincere thanks to everyone. Doug
