After a couple years of having the knife in my outdoor activities, i've been having recently some retention issues with my old Rat/ESEE DPX Hest sheath, and i thought, hey, i can fix it myself, with a hairdryer and some hand pressure.
Wrong.. i soon realized i need a press for that, and even so, aligning the holes as they were under the heat would prove a challenge for the inexperienced...
Well, i wrote to Robert at DPX gear, and while i didn't even ask for a replacement, or anything like that, it was offered for free in the next minutes.
Now that's what i call customer service :thumbup:
