What was done:

· M390 steel blade (61 HRC heat treatment by UZON) with wave feature

Blade Length: 3.25"

Cutting Edge: 2.87"

Blade Thickness: 0.16"

Edge Thickness: 0.016" - 0.020"

Edge Angle: 18 degrees per side

Blade Material: M390

· Replacing washers with phosphor bronze 0.023 inches thick

· Steel lock insert from M390 steel (61HRC)

· Replacing detent ball to ceramic
