DPX or H.E.S.T.

Oddly enough those twist offs never managed to stick around here. But then again with "my beer bit me" happening all the time, it's not a surprise

I've noticed the "my beer bit me" thing. Been cut a few times by twistoffs. That's why I keep away from the domestic crap.:D

OK... I think with all the activity posted on this forum, maybe an ESEE or DPX first aid kit is in order...

Good point. Something for the Izula cord wrappers.

honestly i am no engineer but think a hatchet type/hammer head that could be adapted to a branch would be cool. maybe with a threaded center section that is steeper than pipethread that you can select a section of a branch and screw it in. packing would be easy without the handle then just use your knife to make one. i know its not hest/dpx but really i really like the arrowhead that rat makes just need to pony up and get a few.

a hest/dpx saw might be handy as well or packable prybar?

i may be out of line, these may be better as esee items. but so far i think the hest is pretty wicked and have one on the way.

Well you're smarter than I am. I just broke the bottles or used my trusty Vic to remove the cap
