Damn, I think I've been profiled. :p

Seriously though, I like RYP's thoughts about direction for the subforum as a community of learners who operate according to shared governance and who walk both similar and divergent journeys. His attitude toward bullshit in the "money back" thread got my attention, and I like what I've seen here so far. RYP is attentive to people and their desires and opinions, but he also seems to be able to take and crack a joke.

RYP, regarding your thoughts on feedback cycles, I like my H.E.S.T. fixed blade after some cursory examination, and when I get time next week to get out and put it through some paces, I'll be happy to deliver a thoughtful review. I know the H.E.S.T. II is a done deal already, but the more data you have, the better, I figure.

Oh, and FWIW, my "Super Signature" is a spoof I put together for whenever someone accuses me of being a fanboy. No one yet is quite sure how to respond when I whip out that atrocity. My only true BFC allegiances are to my prize fighting rooster and my paper wheels.

Okay, screw it. You can have Three Trails in the Sand. I stole that idea from Wan Hung Lo anyway, and my lawyer tells me the legal fees just aren't worth it for an internet joke.

I'll take "Second Run, Dammit to Hell" as my HEST tribe name.
