I just want to share my story about my recent dealings with DPX customer service. I had a HEST 2.0 folder that I had for a couple years and it developed pretty bad side-to-side blade play. I sent an email to DPX describing my problem and they got right back to me and sent me a warranty form to send it in so they could take a look at it. After 3 short weeks, I received an email from them stating that my NEW knife was in the mail! They sent it 2-day mail and I received my NEW knife today! I just want to give them big props for taking care of the problem quickly! I love my new HEST and am happy to get a DPX knife back in my pocket!
