Well, at first I tought they were pretty good, and I saw another post earlier about some who bought one and it got bent and then flew off, well IT HAPPEND TO ME, I was seeing how much it could dent a 2 by 4, On the first hit I looked back at my baton and it was bent a good 40 degrees, I bent it back into shape but then the lock up was starting to turn into crap, I kept on open and closing it to try and get it to get broken in, and then the top flew out and almost hit one of my friends, at first I thought I got a dud, then I tried it with my other police baton that is also 21 inches long, the same thing happened except it didnt fly out like the first one,
