The craftsmanship is top notch. My install lacked some finesse/common sense. The scales came with two washers made of some kind of material. Almost like a fabric material, not plastic or metal. I over tightened the scales and the caused this washer to bunch up. This is preventing the lock from engaging fully. I'll have to remedy this when I get the time.
 
I tried to swap my hap40 blade into a g10 dragonfly, but the notch for the lock bar was much wider and it had a lot of up down play.

The lock bar and blade are matched so swap the bar and blade on lockbacks for a better fit.
