to ad to my old thread dragonfly or caly 3. I want something i can were with dress slacks and be comfortable with. Nothing to heavy or big, even with dress shorts in the summer time. As far as use nothing major just edc, to the office.
 
Definately go for the caly 3 zdp carbon fiber. It's light wieght and with slacks the carbon fiber and wire clip lets it slide out with ease!
 
I would say the Caly Jr. would be a good choice, unless the FRN handle is not dressy enough for you.
 
There's gonna be a noticable weight / print difference between the Caly Jr and the CF Caly 3... and the CF is the lighter Caly 3. The Caly Jr will be lighter than either Caly 3, if that's a major consideration for you.

OTOH, if you don't mind the slight extra weight, the CF Caly 3 is dressy enough for any party you want to go to from safari shorts to black tie & tails.
 
When wearing a suit for work, I like the dragonfly because I can clip it behind the waist band on my pants, so know one can see.

The shorter length of the dragonfly makes it more comfortable when sitting down
 
I'd go with the CF Caly3. The Caly is about as good of a small knife as you can find. The thin Caly blade is great with the ZDP steel, and I think the carbon fiber dresses it up nicely.
 
I bought the CF Caly3 for the same reason...to wear to the office with dress pants. To me, it's a little too big and heavy for this purpose. I'm thinking I will sell it and go with a smaller and lighter knife that doesn't clip.
