Dragonfly2 vs. Cat G-10 Need Opinions

I ended up picking up the Dragonfly. Great small knife. Everything felt better about it then the other knives.

Glad you got to try them all and pick the one you like best. No wrong choices here anyways.

The Cat is made in Taiwain but I'm almost positive it's at a different factory, not at the Taichung factory.

I've read this as well. Taichung factory makes the Sage and Chaparral series and has always had top quality fit and finish. A different factory in Taiwan makes the Chicago and Cat. Their quality was so bad that the original S30V/CF scale Chicago and Cat were cancelled. I owned a CF Cat and it had chips all over the CF. They seem to have gotten a little better with their latest offerings.

Wanting to get a new Cat, should I be concerned about the build quality

They are normally good. (Both my first run CF/S30Vs were good as well). If you get a lemon send it to Spyderco and they will replace/fix it.

Got a Cat (G10, no jimping) a couple of weeks ago. No problems on the quality. I'll probably make some wood scales for and make the spine half round. Nice little knife.

Did you purposely pick one with no jimping? Just curious, as I love jimping and find myself not liking smallish knives that don't have it.

No. Its the one that the "south american river" company had. I not a big fan of jimping, not a problem for me.

The wood scales will be a bit thicker, so I can make it a little more ergonomic. Its amazing how a slightly thicker handle makes a knife feel a lot different.
