• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

I know there was a link to a book on filing around here somewhere but I have lost the link. Anyway, I have been experimenting with draw filing. But on my 12" mill file, the teeth are made to cut on the push if I hold the handle in of the file in my right hand. So I could turn it around but somehow that sounds backwards. Thoughts?

To properly draw file, the tang goes in the right hand and you push. Put it in the left hand to pull.

Thanks. Had a brain fart. But it makes a nice looking edge.

EDIT: The DRAW FILING makes a nice looking edge. Not the brain fart...
