Dreaming of a Petite Pork Shank -which knives would fit this criteria?

The Culti feels a lot like the Pork Shank. They both have the ultra-flat back. You might also want to pick up a Desert Storm Fighter for the same feel in a larger knife.
 
Yeah, if a petite pork shank is what you really want, then the cultellus is really what you are looking for, but it will take some patience to obtain. ;)
 
Whoops Lycosa, some kind of auto-spell messed up my message, I was trying to say I WOULD be looking for one, I corrected it.
 
Just another lady's opinion, but I use a cultie daily and have been getting a LOT of use out of my Magnum Bear Cub lately. Hmmm...that pork shank looks tasty, though!
