Dress Knife for my Son-in-law?

I have to admit that this is one hot folder made by CRKT. I don't really care for most CRKT blades but this one has received great reviews from everyone. I just received mine from Knife Center and it is a super, lightweight, and thin framelock folder. These were just released.

Ken Onion is a highly sought after custom maker.

I did not give the CRKT Ripple a good review. There is much improvement that needs to be done. For the money I feel you can get something of better quality.

I would suggest something from Mcusta. Very nice gentlemen's knives at great prices.

Kershaw Skyline and Zing, both in Damascus.

With your budget, you can get both and keep one for yourself :D

+1 on all of the leek suggestions - they are sleek, and ride well, I carry one everyday with dockers and a dress shirt. For a little more pizzazz, you can get a dimascus or composite blade (comp blems for $38 shipped on this site1).

I also vote Kershaw Leek. The composite blade is one of my most carried, on the weekends. And yes they are a great buy for $38.

Received the Spydie Kopa suggested by JNieporte and am absolutely ecstatic over it! Only problem is that now I have to give it to my son-in-law and may have to order one for myself.
