Dress knife

Instead of a knife with a pocket clip why not a nice slip joint in a clip pouch like the ones made by William Henry? That is what I use on the infrequent times I am forced to wear a suit. Paired with a small knife like the Case Toothpick it works great. It also works with my Baby Butter Bean and quite a few other small slippies. The larger WH clip pouch will handle knives up to the size of a Congress. Also clip pouches are available from Victorinox.

Might want to consider an Al Mar (Falcon, Hawk, Osprey). A little over your budget, but vey nice.
