Dressiest production knife

I bet you will never guess what I am going to say.........................yep, a wood inlayed Sebenza is the way to go! And the Mnandi looks sharp too!

How about a Buck 110 with mother of pearl inlays and nickle silver bolsters topped off with a satin finished BG-42 blade?

Got mine from PCKS at Buck. :)

OK, so my small decorated Reeve Sebenza would also qualify.

My ideas of a dressy knife.

Some of my production "gents folder" or "dress up" knives:

CRKT Kiss (before I gave it to my sister)
Spyerco Mouse
Kershaw DWO II
Buck rainbow titanium (discontinued?)
Microtech M-UDT
CRKT small wasp (before I gave it to my other sister)
Small Sebenza (not really a custom)

Another $.02.

I really like the Kershaw Random Task. The polished G-10 scales are beautiful, however, when I am dressed up, this knife sticks too far out of my pocket. The MT LCC is another candidate, but it is heavy and large. In reality, when dressed up I don't typically need a large knife on me. When not carrying a Case trapper, I carry the MT UDT. It is nice and small, and it sits deeply in the pocket. It is also sheeple friendly as long as they don't know it's an auto!

Another thing to consider: I have the nasty tendency of losing nice knives that don't have clips. I have yet to lose a knife that had a pocket clip.

William Henry Evolution, pick your handles. Just big enough to really cut, but small enough to carry in a suit. Classy sheath, too!:D :D

Anything by Willliam Henry -- amber bone Kestral is my office EDC. The lancet in bone or the Black and Tan is also handy and inoffensive. Nothing wrong with the Benchmade 850, 330 pearl or 690 either. :)

I like the 330 KOTM. Even though it's such a simple little knife, the CF scales look really nice.

I'm real partial to a few dressy knives:
Spyderco Delica in spiderweb/pearl
WH Lancet in pearl
SS Spyderco Jess Horn -- just saw that last night in AG Russell catolog -- not usually a fan of SS handles at all
Just about anything in pearl

When I am wearing a suit, my small maple burl wood inlay sebenza always goes into my pocket. It just seems proper for dress use.

Joe

I see that nobody has mentioned the BM 940 yet, so I'll put in my two cents for that one. Absolutely one of my favorite knives, great design, very classy.
