I'm looking for a knife bigger than my Dragonfly, smaller than my PM2, slim, light, with OHO, locking and a discrete pocket clip.
It must look cool and non-threatening for office carry and have a nice handle: wood, horn, bone, pearl, brass, CF, Titanium etc... no plastics or regular SS and here's the kicker, my budget is aroundish 100 USD, maybe a bit higher as prices in Europe are twice those from across the pond and getting from US would add shipping and customs. I'd like serrated or damascus blade but don't care much as long as it's not pot-metal (below 440C).

I like the look of Delica Damascus or MOP but they are overbudget, the Bradley Air is too small, the Nishijin Cricket is too wide. I guess a CRKT Ripple would be nice but I can't find the blue one anywhere. I already have a Kershaw Leek and I'm not crazy about the bladeshape and the SpeedSafe.

Have you considered moving to a thin, traditional lockback?

They are super discrete as they ditch the clip and carry loose in the pocket. Thin round bolsters don't imprint with dress slacks. They are very easy to OHO the old fashion way of pinching the spine and pushing open with your middle finger then hooking the frame on your thigh. Very easy once you learn it.

Buck has the 501 in their custom shop with S35V and choice of scales. Many others in this class too.

Definitely does not fit all your requirements but when I go to the office with suit I carry one the two nicest folders I have: Spyderco Centofante 3 (VG10) or Boker Excalibur 1 (440c, cocobolo handle, titanium pocket clip).

Very lightweight despite de size, good looking (spyderco logo in some sort of shinny metal on the handle) and very handy! If you wanted to go even classier I think there is a titanium version of the Boker, but it will be heavier.

Boker exskelibur cocobolo n damascus or an boker urban trapper.
Fox knives has a few collaborative efforts with Bob Terzuola.
All above should be readily accessible in most of Europe.

Mcustas are really nice, sexy and office friendly. If you like CRKT, maybe try the Sampa or if you like Boker either a Kwaiken or a traditional trapperlock (maybe in MOP).
