Drill bits to knife blades...

I've recently acquired a bunch Hilti concrete hammer drill bits. Does anyone know what they are made of...can theses be forged or not? Not sure of the other content in these bits, weather it be titanium or cobalt. Anyone have any information?

I assumed that it had a special makeup due to its function. It makes sense that they are soft and springy. I'll throw one in the forged and give it a shot.
