I use all the pin sizes that correspond with the drill bits Stacey recommends. But somehow I ended up with a 5/32” mosaic pin, so I guess I’ll have to buy bits to use that pin. Horsewright, I like your level of simplification of this aspect of knife making.

Yeah years ago I was all over the map with all kinds of different sizes. Makes life easier, One size pins instead of a handful, same with lanyard tubes. The other thing is I only get one pattern of mosaic pins too. Imagine finishing off a knife and realizing that the pin in the front is a different pin from the one in the back. Makes ya use all the top keys on the keyboard. K.I.S.S. works for me.
