Drill Press Digital Read out

Anybody add a digital read out to a drill press? What did you use? I saw a Sears table top with a digital read out and that would be handy. I don't need another drill press and would like to modifiy mined.

Just buy a cheap set of digital calipers and biuld some brackets.

Harbor Freight often has digital calipers for around $15. Plenty accurate enough for drill press work.
