Drill sharpening angles for titanium

I've encountered a problem with some factory-fresh drill bits that simply slide and don't cut into titanium. Can anyone suggest what sharpening angles to use? So far, an internet search suggests around 135-140 degrees and a clearance angle of about 10 degrees. Maybe there are still some nuances?

Those angles should work just fine. A split point will also help a lot.

Correct speeds and feeds will be an even more important factor.
