I just bought a SOG Vision with a titanium handle and am considering drilling throught it in a series of holes like my Buck Mayo to lighten it. What do I need in the way of drill bits to get the job done? Can it be drilled easily?

Isn't one of the reasons titanium is used is because of it's strength to weight ratio? I'm not sure you're going to be able to take a whole lot of weight out of it. Of course you'll take some weight out, but you might be disappointed that it didn't take out as much weight as you thought it would.

Drilling Ti is easy with the right speeds, feeds, and bits.

I recommend cobalt, and keep it cool so it doesn't work harden.
Once that happens, it can be tough.
