I'll have to remember that. The first time I was in the back of Jerry's convertible out in CA. Dang. that was 6 years ago! I think I'll give Jerry another call and see if I can pry one of those proto folders out of his grasp.

I never gained a taste for wine, much less cheap wine. . . although I know some people who drink it by the box. :barf: I bought a bottle of MD 20/20 from a guy on a bus once when I was 17. . . not that good to say the least, but sipping it from McDonalds glass allowed the greyhound trip to pass slightly less painfully.

I am nearing the bottom of a Half gallon of Jim Beam Black, which is the most palatable of the standard Beams, by my taste buds.

6yrs ago in CA the only memories I have are quite terrifying. I recall someone challenging Skunk in his Tahoe (or suburban) to a road race in Ontario, CA. The next thing I knew he was accelerating past 90 on a straight away while Mrs. Skunk was calmly blasting 'Desert Rose' on the radio.

It was at this time I found religion asking for forgiveness and allowing me to arrive at Wolf Gang Puck's in one piece.

I forgot that 'Desert Rose' was playing and I thought we were leaving Puck's and headin' home to the hotel by the freeway.

Ah! you may be right. Such extremely levels of terror tend to distort minor memory details. it was between the hotel and WGP's but I honestly cant say for certain which direction. Only that I never knew a Tahoe could move that fast and come to a stop safely.

I'll never forget Desert Rose Playing and Mrs. Skunk so calming looking over smiling and saying 'oh I love this song' seemingly oblivious our lives were about to end :D
 
I've got to crash. The lawn needs mowing later this morning and I'd like to have a few hours of sleep before I have to listen to the drown/howl of the old Toro.

Are there no middle school or high school little ones you can pay to mow the lawn? you have more important things to do like stay up and drink.

I remeber it well, Spearhead, Fire Horse, & I were in the truck with Keys, I was riding in the passenger seat of Key's Truck, what a ride, good times. :D
