Tonight it is stuffed squid. It is one of my moms recipes that I have not made in about 11 years.
It took about 2 hours to clean and stuff the little bastids
that is why the bottle is just half full.:thumbup:
From here they get covered in stewed tomatoes & wine and simmer for 90 min. I hope I got it right
